Many hours of literal step by step instruction are provided by volunteer trainers who are very successful internet marketers.

There are other companies in the work from home arena that have volunteer trainers and their own training programs. Liberty League hosts daily tele-conference calls for training plus they do live events where travel is involved to attend. Emerald Passport holds live tele-conference calls and has several training websites with audio and video presentations. Traveling is also a part of their structure to get the advanced training you need. My point here is that tele-conferences can be an effective mode of training and communications; it just doesn’t work for everyone.
